Are we playing pipes of peace or pipes of war?

Are we thinking war or peace? according to blogpulse (nielsen‘s blog search engine), bloggers write definitely more about war (yellow graph) than about peace (blue graph). It isn’t surprising to find that both graphs tend to fluctuate accordingly and react to world’s crises. So, we do care, but happen to emphasize war over peace…

it is true, we do tend find the “good” more boring and therefore discuss it less, and the “bad” as more attractive and blabber about it constantly…
the question is WHY?
