I have recently added my “free riding” definition for web 2.0 in wikipedia, see – Characteristics of “Web 2.0”. I often digg and deliciousize, I blog, I comment, I enjoy it all. But writing in wikipedia felt really nice. It does take some of your time, you have to learn the roles and customs. But I was motivated to make a small change.
It is a shame how you can find some really good articles and at the same time ? some? really bad ones. We do need some professionals there. So – put some effort and write about the things you specialize in. I promise you it is worthy.
