sexual identities in blogs

January 16th, 2007 by

Reading Pete Cashmore’s post (mashable.com) concerning social networking attractiveness found on a recent research (Harris Interactive and Witeck-Combs Communications) conducted on a gay, lesbian and bisexual pool inspired me to investigate the blogs content in search of sexual identities. I assume that blogging serves us to communicate our identities and likings. Though, the results might reflect the differences in the size of the populations it does show that “gays talks” are more popular than others (see first graph), and that bisexual is a highly fluctuated trend (second graph).
