In order to predict near future, TrendsSpotting collects research 2.0 insights. We use all available research methodologies to answer our questions. We provide innovative research solutions to gain deep understanding on consumer’s needs and behaviors. We use the participatory web to identify reflections of behaviors. We follow search trends, news buzz, forum discussions and social network activity to identify local and global trends and buzz. We conduct qualitative studies – observations, interviews on unique hard to get audiences, and early adopter discussion groups. We love going outside to smell the streets and run field experiments. When needed, we verify our insights in fun and engaging surveys.
